1. Introduction
Welcome to Wing Kong Properties. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Deposits
All room bookings made through our platform require an initial deposit. This deposit is strictly non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing by our management team. A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been successfully verified.
3. Tenant Obligations
Tenants agree to adhere to all building rules, maintain the property in good condition, and utilize the tenant portal for all maintenance requests and payments. Subletting is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from Wing Kong Properties.
4. Temporary Stays and Relocation
In the event that you are assigned a temporary room before your permanent room becomes available, you agree to vacate and thoroughly clean the temporary room by the stipulated date. Failure to do so may result in penalties or delayed access to your permanent accommodation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Wing Kong Properties manages the platform and acts as a facilitator. We shall not be held liable for personal injuries, damages, or losses incurred on the premises unless caused by proven gross negligence on our part.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
